Ok people, let’s do this!
After running on the treadmill for about 15 minutes, I came downstairs to hit the weights.
With the boys. Upper body today.
Can u see me? I’m sittin’ on a bench about to do some chest flyes and chest press.
3 sets of 10 with 20lb dumbbells.
Then it was on to a combo – a set of pushups and tricep thingies.
3 sets of 10reps to failure. On the triceps workout, I did 40-50lbs.
After that, I did this. No clue what it’s called. I should really educate myself with the names of these machines.
But for now, we’ll just use pictures. K?
I did 3 sets of 10 with 40lbs.
I probably could do heavier but my arms were getting super tired.
Then I did a combo using these 2 machines…
I did 3 sets of 10 reps. Weight is unknown.
All I know is the hubs kept adding weight to the 2nd machine each set because apparently I wasn’t lifting heavy enough.
Blah, blah, blah.
Last workout of the night.
Again, I didn’t keep tabs of the weight lifted. Sorry, my bad. But I was completely spent at the end of this.
What can I say? I love workin’ out with the boys. Even when I get complaints that I’m not moving fast enough. I won’t say names (*cough* the hubs). 😉
